Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of placing the order for a full product refund. You can return any items that are non-personalised and not perishable. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, Gift messaged items, perishable items, items made to order.

If an item is returned because the Courier was unable to deliver. They will attempt at least twice. If they then return the item back to us there is a return charge of what the cost of shipping of £3.99 . We will only refund the items and no shipping charges will be refunded.

Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you. You must send items back via Registered Post as proof of delivery, including a note for reason for return.

Refunds are for the item purchased only. We do NOT refund any postage cost for return of goods, or the initial cost of shipping. If your order value falls below our qualifying free delivery option we will have to deduct standard delivery charge applicable for shipping from your refund.  Or if a discount was applied to your sub-total of the order for a qualifying amount that will be deducted if the order falls below the qualifying amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
